REFUND POLICY

If you buy from us, you can request a refund of what you paid for your purchase (without having to give a reason) within 30 days of payment.

Notice: Before refunding the payment, we will be able to verify that the returned product is in good condition.

Procedure for Requesting a Refund

To request a return of the purchased product, you must Click Here and complete the form found there. 

Once the form is completed you will receive instructions to prepare the product and initiate the return. Turbosaver works with a warehouse located in Miami, Florida which receives returned products. The platform through which returns are managed is ShipHero.

Refund Method

If you paid with Paypal, we will process the refund through Paypal. If you paid through a creit card, we will reverse the charge to your credit card. If you paid in cash, we will send the amount of money to a Paypal account from which you can withdraw to your bank account. If you do not have a bank account, we cannot guarantee the refund of your money, but we will try to come to an agreement over email as to another resolution for example by purchasing prepaid cellular telephone credit for you.

Time to Refund

We will initiate a complete refund of your money within 7 days of your request for a refund.

You must remember that we do not control the processing time of the other financial entities such as Paypal, Shopify, the banks, and the credit cards. Once we have initiated the refund of your money, it may take a few days or weeks to finalize.
